SMYG's winter retreat went great! Thank you to the community for supporting our fundraisers and to Carol Taunton for providing our cabin!

SMYG is helping with St. Matt's annual Lenten peanut butter drive. Bring in jars of crunchy or creamy peanut butter and may the best kind win!

We will be selling See's Candies from now until March 21. It will be delivered on March 28th, in time for Easter (April 4.) See a youth group member at church to order some. Proceeds go to the church (not the youth group fund.)

Recycling

SMYG is now collecting empty water bottles and soda cans for recycling. Not only do we help the environment by recycling, but we also get 5 cents for every bottle or can that we recycle, which we will use to fund other SMYG activities and projects. If you do not have time to recycle items yourself at home, this is a great way to start recycling without doing much work. Just save your bottles and cans and give them to Dylan Moan on Sundays.
